Eruptious welcome to Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki as he arrived in Addis Ababa early Saturday. He was welcomed by Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, who was in Asmara last week in his first visit to Eritrea. Tens of thousands of residents of the capital Addis Ababa and its environs lined up the streets from Bole International Airport to the National Palace singing and dancing, calling out the names of the two leaders and waving the flags of the two nations.
